In the case of shipments outside the European Union, the customer must also pay the customs duties and taxes generated by the order. These costs are paid at the time the order is received and in no case will they be included in the price paid for the products.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.

You can return any item purchased within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return costs

• Send an email to info@carnalescarnalita.com with the details of your order, the reason for the return or change of size and some photos in case of the potential fault.
• Once the return has been accepted, you will receive an email with a QR code and information about the nearest collection points.

Make sure the product you return is in its original condition (unused, unwashed or damaged), tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

Carnales Carnalita will proceed to return the amount of the returned product/s through the same payment method that was used by the Client to make the purchase. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
