How to Measure
Our size charts are based on the measurements below. Use a tape measure and these guidelines to determine your size. A friend might come in handy to help you with measuring. If you don’t have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string or ribbon and then measure it with a ruler. Please note: garments may vary due to design and manufacturing differences.
+ - Carnalita T-Shirt
1 - Sleeve Length
Place your hand at your waist (your elbow should be bent at a 90-degree angle). Start from your shoulder, down your arm to the elbow, and then on to the wrist.
2 - Chest
Maximum circumference of the chest including bust. Now divide the determined value.
+ - Carnalita Track Short
1 - Outside Leg
Measure from the waist of the garment to the bottom of the leg opening for your lenght.
2 - Waist
Circumference of the waistline at the narrowest point. Now divide the determined value.

1 - Outside Leg
Length of the leg from the waist to Your ankle, when standing perfectly upright.
2 - Waist
Circumference of the waistline at the narrowest point. Now divide the determined value.
